Last monday, headed Northpoint with Bernard and Lucas for dinner and shopping again.

I am the regular of a Dim Sim Restuarant at Northpoint now.

I have my reasons for going there often (at least twice / thrice weekly) - First of all, they serve healthy congee especially for kids. Second, the environment and the food are nice. Third, the staffs there are all very friendly and helpful. Fourth, it is located near my house. I will visit them again very soon.

The growing up and learning progress

Lucas is a fast learner. He always imitate the grown-ups. Now, he learns to speak and pronoun his words properly. He loves to dance just like me (so as long as there is music, he will shake his bottom). He had also learned to carry his school bag, fold his blanket and bring his milk bottle to the basin.
Now, Bernard and I are teaching him how to brush and rinse his own teeths.

Anyway, Lucas will be having a story-telling show this November at Woodlands Regional Library with his schoolmates - heard that he will have 2 sets of costume (each set is $30 - wonder how it will look like). My family, Bernard and I will be going there, to video down his first stage show. We are so proud of him.

Bravo Lucas

To my friends, each ticket is $30, let me know if you're interested to go. Cheers.
Sunday is family day.

I had my beautiful sleep till 5pm - which I seldom sleep till so late.
Usually I will automatically wake up at 9am.

Hours ago, headed to Tampines Mall for dinner @ Kim Gary and shopping again. Running up and down looking for a set of England WC Jersey for Bernard, Lucas and myself - which was out of stock everywhere. Ended up buying a set of Adidas cap, jersey, shorts and sneaker.

I hate to be an impulsive shopaholic - I just realised that I did not like the Adidas sneaker.
Arghs, Bernard is nagging again. Okay, I love the cap the most.

Girls' Night Out

Yesterday, met up Jason and Kenny for L4D session again. Then headed down to Cineleisure @ Orchard for dinner with my girls - we did lots of catching up. Laugh our lungs out ~ Meanwhile, each of us bought a set of sport jersey, in different colours and numbers. We agreed to wear it out someday together.

Below : The babes and I at Mr Bean @ Selegie
Absentees : Bettina, Sharon and Casse. Channelle turned up after her FHM event.

By the way, below is Lucas's 1st hand-made Fathers' Day card.
I am so proud of my brillant boy. He had learnt alot of hand-craft skill in school now.
There will be more updates on his progress coming up very soon.

Last Saturday's noon - Lucas and I headed off to Northpoint for Dim Sim and Congee.
I bought some new set of clothes for Lucas. Meanwhile, bought him to Kids' Point for some play.

Brainstorming everyday.
I must look into my hair and start looking for white hair.
As expected, Australia rocked on yesterday match with Serbia.

Below are some pictures taken few days back - On our way to Cousin's place for World Cup.

Selfish just bought an iPhone for himself. Nabei ~ How can I use a lousier phone.
I told selfish to get me iPhone 4G - gonna wait for its launching.

I miss home - miss my bed - miss my barangs barangs - and my dog.

20 June 2010

Happy Fathers' Day - Especially to my dad and Bernard.

Treated my family for a buffet feast at Fat Fish Steamboat @ Sembawang Hill.
Expected, they like the place. I'm glad I had picked the right place for the dinner.

(Giggling) My sister and my masterpiece - our DIY cake done at Jurong Point

And our family shot taken by one of the waitress there - it wasn't well taken.

A piece of good news :
Nothing is wrong with my camera's memory card - it was my card reader's problem.
Yayaya, I know it is kind of lame lah (Giggling)

Anyway, here are some quick updates on yesterday.

Met up Jeremy and Jun Jie at Shanghai Dolly @ Clarke Quay for Ghana and Australia match (down).
Then headed off to the new opened Double O (around Bugis area). Sad to say that there wasn't any crowd. Then our plan was changed to Dragonfly - meanwhile, can also meet up Shawn and Victor (celebrating his birthday there too). Joycelyn was having fever but was tempted down by me eventually. Hehe. Even though I was pretty tired too but I still had enjoyed myself.
Yesterday, 2 matches down.
I must whack the hell out of tonight yeah.

Anyway, below is one of the way for self-pampering. Say goodbye to Gucci.

How could this be happening :

Flash Flood at Orchard Road on 端午节, 16 June 10.

It had appeared that there were 2 events of serious floods in Singapore recently, one was at Bukit Timah Road and now Orchard Road. Of all roads.. why Orchard Road - the heart of Singapore?
Orchard Road was turned into Orchard River. OMG. Seriously, it was really shocking for all Singaporean.

I thought we have very good drainage system? But it seems to have deteriorated.
I wonder how our PUB will answer to this.
Bloody hell. My camera's memory card having problem again.

Meanwhile, some quick updates without picture.

Last Monday, met up some friends to Partyworld @ Safra Yishun for some high and low session. Lalala~ The very next morning (which is Tuesday) I have a bad sore throat - too much of singing. Hehe!

Yesterday night, (initially) to meet up Joycelyn and Ryan for L4D Session - but idiot Ryan flew plane. Next time don't wanna meet him for L4D already (second time liao). Joycelyn and I ended up at darling Bettina's house for our usual girls talk then World Cup and Supper.

Kay Long !

Rise and Shine.
I woke up late again - I must really cut down on late nights.

As usual - yesterday was Family Day. Headed to AMK Hub for shopping - bought clothes again. Bernard says my new clothes are piling up and I'm not wearing them at all. (Giggling) After shopping, we met up his family for Fish Head Steamboat. We had simply wasted food - lots of dishes were not finished.

Some quick snap while preparing myself - Opps, everyone is waiting for me. LOL

Me and Lucas - It breaks my heart to see my boy suffering from serious coughing and flu.

By the way, I had been receiving messages at MSN and Facebook regarding my eyelashes.

For your information, I'm using Anna Sui Mascara Base (Purple Color Tube) and Volume Mascara - which I personally find it good. The base (in light purple) is basically a protective layer for the eyelashes, meanwhile it also volume and lengthen your lashes. After applying the base, I will usually use Sasa's Electronic Curler to curl my lashes up (upon reaching this step, you can already see the effect of a dolly-looking lashes) then apply the mascara. Trust me, their mascara is really good (with fragrance too) - I had been loyal to it for years. However, please note that their mascara is only water resistant not waterproof. You can find waterproof and good (voluming) mascara at Lancome's counter.

Good Morning Everyone.
Notice that my blog's songs had changed?
(Giggling) Bear with it alright, because it is way too classic.
Boring Saturday.
Everyone is into World Cup now, including myself.

Some quick snapping while preparing for my night out - And obviously, it was bad hair day

Met up Joycelyn earlier on to Iluma for gaming. Then steamboat supper with Elaine, Channelle, Huirong and Huiyi. Our words were more than food. Basically, we had a great time updating one another on what each had missed. Everyone had been busy with individual schedule. Gonna catch up again. Good Nights.
