arghs ~ once again , my camera's battery ran flat again and the charger is still ain't with me . therefore , for temporary ~ there will be no pictures until batteries are charged .

anyway , I re-dyed my hair (after 15% discount , was $140) yesterday to a darker colour , purplish blonde (reflection of my hair looks shiny purple , however under the light it will be blonde) .. initially , I told my hair stylist that I prefer brighter colours , but I was advised to go for a darker colour so that my hair will not appear to be too dry. meanwhile , bernard suddenly came up for the bill (and of cos , I did not stop him from paying .. haha) we shopped for awhile , before heading back home (as kelvin and bettina will be coming up to my house again) .. faerlyn and lucas were so adorable , looking and staring at one another , wondering who he or she was .

by the way , I had my first session of post-natal massage yesterday. the massage lady was shocked that I was the one whom she will be massaging (she thought it was my mom , as I did not look like a mother who had just given birth) .. lol ~ well well .. so far , there is no sight of visual result yet .. shall update again on this monday , after my second session of massage yea .. so readers , stay tuned ~

bernard brought me to the beach for a romantic stroll earlier on and we had a heart to heart talk (as both of us do not like expressing true feelings in front of one another) .. after so long , finally we threw all our feelings out .. well well , not so bad after all ~ now , both of us feel much more better already .. thanks readers for your concerns ..

anyway, tomorrow I will be heading down to tampines again for my hair dye .. meanwhile , more updates tomorrow yea ~

yesterday .. after settling down my precious lucas to his daddy. I brought my deserving mom out for a good dinner and shopping ~ brought lots of stuffs for myself and her .. both of us spent around 1k within half our noon ~ after our long day of tiring shopping , we met up with bettina , kelvin , elaine , hui rong and channelle at liang court for ktv .. enjoyed ourselves very much ~ before turning back home , kelvin fetched all of us to lau pa sa for supper ..

I did an intensive hair treatment and soft straightening (different from rebonding) yesterday ~ hair stylist , yee lun advised to dye my hair next weekend as partial of my hair ends are quite weak and dry now (due to a lack of calcium after giving birth to my precious lucas) .. anyway, I got my hair trimmed slightly shorter than before yea ..

after getting my hair done , I had a quick shop around and brought the (below) before bernard fetched me home ..

and by the way , I must comment that one of the malay sales girl at tampines mall's joop , was really rude (as a customer's view) ~ due to the bulky jacket on my hand , I requested for a slightly bigger carrier .. instead of changing a bigger carrier for me , she rejected me in this way " ermm .. cannot ah .. cos the item you brought only entitled you this carrier size .. " meanwhile , showing me a face .. omg ~ alright , I did not argue any further with her , even though I know my request was not absurd .. after paying , I packed my stuffs and left the counter (as bernard was already waiting for me at the carpark) .. well , if I happened to drop by there again (probably next week) and she still give this kind of service , I swear I am going to tell her off ..

happened to read through an old article earlier on ~
thinking back , I feel so blessed to have a caring husband and supportive family around me .. actually, I had been through a minor post-natal depression straight after lucas's birth ~ during the first week of my confinement , I didn't have appetite for any food , I had difficulty in sleeping even though I knew I was really tired (did not sleep for 3 solid days before the help of sleeping pills), I had difficulty in concentrating , I felt withdrawn and helpless , negative thoughts started to grow towards my husband and baby and worst all of , I started to think of suicide plan .. I knew my family was hurted seeing me reacting this way , however I just wouldn't help it ~ everything was like out of control .. I wouldn't control my mind at all .. my mom asked me to think positive (she also told me I should not be afraid nor stress at all , cos I have my husband and family catering to my every needs) .. every night (during that period), she will chat and crack jokes with me till dawn , massaging and patting my back to help smoothen my sleep .. after one week or so , my mood went back to normal ~ able to sleep well , eat and smile more .. for all I know , nothing in this world is more important than my family .. therefore , I cherish my family very much (especially my hubby and mom)

anyway, I will be heading down to reds at tampines tomorrow for some hair management by my usual hair stylist , yee lun ~ well , it had been quite some time since I last visited him .. hopefully, he can satisfy me like before ..

today, bernard received the replies from orchid country club and siloso beach resort : they told us that if we are to book their function rooms ~ we will have to use their catering which are really expensive .. therefore , I suggested to book a chalet instead since we really could not think of other suitable place already ~ bernard will be in charge of the venue , I will be sourcing for invitation cards , good catering and baby full month cupcakes gift for our family and relatives .. I am going to cater the best for my one and only precious son .. anyway, I shall update again in regards to this event ..

by the way, I had engaged a malay lady, mala to do my after birth massaging ~ mummy will be doing with me as well .. to what I know, I will be going through 6 solid sessions ($50 for 45-60 minutes/session) starting from next monday ~ and hopefully, I can be even much more slimmer than now after the entire massaging sessions ..
