dear readers , sorry for the late entry .. I had been really busy with lucas all these while (neglecting my sleep too) ..
I know everyone is in concern to lucas condition :

ever since christmas eve , I discovered tiny red spots on his face .. initially , I thought it was merely some heat rash .. but after christmas day , the tiny red spots started to spread to his body and limbs .. I was very worried ~ brought him to thomson medical centre's paediatric emergencies .. the doctor examined the red spots , then told me that it had something to do with his blood .. therefore , lucas did a blood test .. result was super negative , his platelets was extremely low .. it was only 1 (nearly to zero) , which a normal baby should have at least minimum 150 .. the doctor there , advised us to rush to kk hospital children A&E , because that is the only hospital in singapore which has the most children specialists .. the head of the doctor attended to lucas's case , admitted him to a high dependency ward for very close observation before his condition stables down .. the doctor was worried that his internal organs (especially his brain) will bleed .. lucas went through lots of tests for the cause of his low platelets .. when he did the drawing of his bone marrow sample ~ I was really devastated .. doctor assured me that lucas will be put to sleep before drawing out the sample .. but who knows ? lucas's will was really strong , that he did not even felt drowsy .. to my horror , the doctors still continue to draw out a sample from his bone marrow despite that lucas was still awake .. I burst into tears .. for all I know , lucas was really brave .. meanwhile , his doctor transfused some platelets from the national blood bank to him .. after the transfusion , lucas's platelets went up to 5 (even though , still extremely low .. I was happy - at least better than nothing yea) .. I stayed over every nights to accompany lucas ~ at least , when he knows his mummy is around - he will have more courage to move on .. the nurses there were extremely caring .. on the other hand , lucas's bone marrow and blood test results were out ~ doctor said lucas's bone marrow was functioning well .. however , his immune system for no reason , would not recognise his own platelets and started attacking his own body platelets when new platelets were reproduced .. lucas started to go for medication treatments ~ by weakening his own immune system .. therefore , he can get sick and any infection easily as his immune system was weakened down .. meanwhile , it was said that the medication treatment if taken too long - will affect his growth rate .. well , I really had no other choice .. on the sixth day , lucas was transferred to a normal ward .. my family and I were relieved ~ after the medication treatment , lucas's platelets rised day by day .. then on new year day , he was officially discharged .. I brought him to the temple to pray before heading back home .. I really thank god for blessing my child .. however , sad to say , on the next day , lucas had a sudden high fever and was admitted back to kk hospital again ~ until today , he is still there .. currently , I am still waiting for the result .. hopefully , he can be discharge soon .. hais ~ bless him
