To think that I will be turning 23 this year, it really horrified me. I am no longer young. I hope this year there will be a turning point for me, to provide better for my family and Lucas. Basically, this year will be a busy year for me.

Moments earlier today, I was watching television with Lucas and my mom. Lucas was happily bubbling at the sofa. I smiled, turned to my mom and said "See how cute my Lucas is." Unexpectedly, she replied (in mandarin) "Your dear brother used to be so cute in the past too, but see what he had become today." I went dumb. The fact is she was stating the fact. Over the years, I see how my brother had changed, and what we see today is nothing else but disappointment. Been a mother of one, and should Lucas behaves like my brother one day, it will be devastating. I hope he knows who he is hurting right now, and to realise it before it is too late.
